2013 Vacation Bible School

Celebrate God’s welcoming love for everyone at the Everywhere Fun Fair Vacation Bible School – where God’s world comes together!

  • When: Monday-Friday, June 3-7, from 9:00am to 12:30pm
  • Where: Buford First UMC
  • Cost: $10 early registration fee (per child) is due before May 12 (cost is $15 per child after May 12). No family pays more than $20 early registration ($30 after May 12).

The Everywhere Fun Fair takes children on a global celebration with the look and feel of a world’s fair. Children will make friends with neighbors around the world and discover that God’s love can be found everywhere, including their own neighborhoods.

Everywhere Fun Fair is fun for the children with exciting attractions that include interactive Bible storytelling, global games, rockin’ music, super science, cool crafts, and more!

  1. Download the 2013 VBS Registration Form.
  2. Fill out the form and, if you’re writing a check, make your check payable to “BFUMC” with your child’s name and “VBS” on the memo line.
  3. Return the completed form along with your payment to: BFUMC, Attn: Susan Rosenthal, PO Box 329, Buford, GA 30515). Also, if you are in church at Biford First on a Sunday, you can also drop off the form and your check in the collection plate.

Volunteer Opportunities and Supplies Needed

If you would like information on volunteer opportunities (from all five days, to a single day, or even help setting things up before VBS or helping to clean up afterwards!), contact Susan Rosenthal at bfumcchildren@bellsouth.net.

We also welcome any donations of supplies (mostly arts and crafts) and other items we’d like to borrow for the week and return when we’re done. Items can be placed at the Donation Station in the Fellowship Hall.
