Creative Movement / Dance and Playball offered as after-school activities 

Curriculum: We adopted Pinnacle’s Faith-Based Curriculum school wide in 2005. It is a daily, theme-based program that is developmentally appropriate and based on the works of Piaget, Gardner and Erickson. It is hands-on, child-centered curriculum designed to promote and develop emerging skills. 

The Pinnacle Curriculum Enrichment Areas include: Creative Arts Dramatic Play Language Science/Sensory Math/ Manipulative Music/Movement Blocks Outdoor Activities 

Registration

Registration packets are available by request at the preschool office (285 East Main St., Buford, GA 30518) or by calling the office (770-945-4161). A child should be the age of the class registered for by September 1, 2010. Registration fee is $125.00 per child. Registration fees are non-refundable. Director and Staff

The Director is Barbara Espy who is in her fifth year at BFUMC Preschool. Barbara has a Masters of Education, is a member of NAEYC, and a member of the North Georgia Preschool Association. Barbara has over 26 years experience in education and promotes a traditional, Christian, family-oriented program. All Staff are CPR, first-aid, and fire-safety certified. All Staff annually complete at least 10 hours of classroom training that is certified by Bright From The Start.
