A Welcome Letter from Our Pastor
It is a joy to welcome you to our church’s website. We have almost 140 years of history serving God and growing in our faith together. I was appointed to the church in the summer of 2010 and when I arrived, I was welcomed by a great congregation and wonderful ministries!
You are most likely looking at this website because you are seeking information or a new church home. I hope you will explore the website and see the menu of ministry offerings available for persons of all ages and stages in life. We welcome new ideas and ministries even as we offer our existing ones! We welcome all persons to our church and want you to feel at home and want you to know we are happy and honored you are with us.
Our worship of God is central to the life of our church and as United Methodists believe how important worship is to the life of people. We offer two worship services on Sunday morning and special services during the church seasons. We have a strong heartbeat for missions, to reaching people in need both locally and around the world. We care about those who are hurting in our world. There is a great spirit of joy in our church as we go about doing good to others in the name of Jesus Christ.
You will find a list of missional opportunities because we know our faith is expressed in service to others and you will see most of the ministry programs we offer.
